Shipping. 

All items are posted using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for postage at £4. Orders will be shipped within 48hours of purchase. During covid 19 please allow for longer arrival time due to the pressure that Royal Mail is currently order. If you’re worried about your order and it has been over a week, please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number. All items are wrapped with extreme care and boxed to ship at a high standard. 

Discount code for free shipping on orders over £100 with code UK100. Discount code can not be used in conjunction with any other discount code. 

Returns. 

We accept returns within 28 days of receiving your parcel if it is faulty as long as it arrives back to us in the same condition it left. We will cover postage and refund will be issued upon return. Any items damaged during transit by Royal Mail will have to be claimed through Royal Mail, we will fully support you in claiming this back, however once a parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail they become liable for any damages. An address to return to can be found on your order confirmation. Please note this may be a diffrent address to the shop location during Covid-19 due to travel restrictions currently in place.
